He went over all his findings with us in detail. This gave us the information we needed to negotiate with the seller. In our case the sale did not proceed, but we were happy knowing we avoided major repairs. read less

James has always been very thorough and literally looks at every inch of the home you’re looking to buy. He takes pictures and labels everything in red, yellow and green so you can easily see what is fine, minor issues, and issues that need taken care of right away. Even after the inspection, he was available to answer any questions I had and offered to come back out and go over in more detail any concerns I had. He is great and I will definitely be going back to him anytime I need a home inspection done. read less
