As first time home buyers we had alot of questions and things we didn't know to look for, James made the process go smoothly. He answered all of our questions in a straightforward way and informed us on things we didn't  ask or know about. Even though we didnt move forward with the house his inspection helped us make the best investment for our family and as a first time hime buyer that was invaluable. 4 Corner inspection has great service and I will be using them again. read less

James allowed me to walk with him thru the house and pointed out several key issues. He was honest and blunt with me about everything which I appreciated greatly. His attention to detail kept me from investing in a bad piece of property. Several hundred dollars cheaper than others and does amazing work. I will continue to use this company for future homes that I look at. Also it's awesome to be able to support a small business. read less
