James is FANTASTIC !! He did two inspections pre-closing for me and did a thorough and professional job. He doesn’t miss a single thing, takes photos of EVERY issue, and makes very detailed and digestible comments on his report. His report is extremely organized and detailed—worth every penny.

He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, allowing you to ask questions along the way and giving tips for how to address different issues. He was always on-time, swift with his inspections (yet still diligent), and extremely flexible with scheduling—one time even coming a few days early per our request since we had a tight schedule.
