Client Reviews

I could not be more pleased with this service. Their inspection was thorough and the inspector was super thoughtful and friendly, too. It was a huge weight off our shoulders to be able to trust our inspector fully, as anyone buying a house for the first time can attest that many folks you meet seem to have dubious motives. That certainly wasn't the case here; in fact, the inspector found a pretty serious problem that the home owner either didn't know about or disclose.

As a result, we were able to modify our offer to fit our best interest as buyers.

The only shame about using this service is that we only really needed to use it once! Even so, in thirty years when I'm ready for a new home, I know where I'll come knocking

We were very pleased with our inspection! They were prompt, courteous and the report was easy to understand. 5 stars all the way!!

James and his son went above and beyond the expectations of a home inspection. James went over their findings with me in person and also discussed things I can do to avoid issues in the future. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the full report because they not only had photo documentation of their findings, but they provided photos for everything that was in good condition. It gave me peace of mind knowing everything they checked during their inspection. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

James was thorough, easy to work with, and provided a detailed and helpful inspection report. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I'm very happy with the services we received.

4 Corner did my residential inspection on a home I'm buying. They did a very thorough inspection. Highly recommend

James was great! He was very thorough and professional. He talked me through all of the significant points of the inspection and also gave me a very detailed report afterwards with great pictures and explanations. He made sure to take his time to do a great job, and I never felt like he wanted to rush through the process to get to another appointment. I feel like I can now make a very well-informed decision about purchasing the house he inspected!

Working with James was wonderful. We had a strict deadline and he was able to fit us in with only 24 hours notice!! He was thorough and took the time needed to explain everything post inspection. He quickly delivered his report same day and it was so simple to read and understand. Highly recommend him!!
