Highly recommend! The comprehensive report was written in an easy to read and interpret manner and was provided promptly after the inspection. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions satisfactorily.

James was great to communicate with and very prompt. He was able to fit us in quickly as we had a very aggressive closing schedule. He did a thorough job with his inspection and gave a very detailed report of issues. He gave us a walk through of high priority items as well as maintenance items that would need to be looked at in the next year or so to keep the house looking good.

Very detailed and professional

There's too many amazing things to list so I'll keep it simple. James is super thorough with his inspections. My husband and I was looking at a house that needed a lot of work and James didn't skip any steps. He was nice and very professional. If we need an inspection in the future we will definitely be going with him again!

I can't imagine finding a better home inspector. James is very pleasant to work with and his inspection was very thorough. His detailed report contains great explanations of everything with clear pictures and advice on how to address any maintenance items. Highly recommend!
