He took the time to explain his findings throughout the inspection, what are minor issues that shouldn’t scare me away from my home purchase and what issues needed more attention and should be addressed by a specialist. His honest and open approach to my home inspection made me feel like I knew all of the details and understood how they could impact my investment. I can’t say enough good things.
