James was an amazing inspector. He is very good at explaining things in laymen terms. Fortunately James spotted a significant challenge on a property we had under contract, saving us from a possible liability of $20-25k James went on to inspect a second house for us…in less than a month. We are now under contract and feel great about our new home. Don’t think twice, you can’t go wrong with him.
