5 stars for Four Corner. James’s thorough inspection turned up several areas of concern on a house we wanted to buy. He went over all his findings with us in detail. This gave us the information we needed to negotiate with the seller. In our case the sale did not proceed, but we were happy knowing we avoided major repairs.
