James was absolutely fantastic! His inspection was very thorough and he took a lot of time walking us around the home and showing us his findings. He answered all our questions in great detail. He even squeezed us in for a sewer scope the next day, which we greatly appreciated. His final report was also very detailed and written in a user friendly manner. James' services gave us confidence that this home will be a solid home.
