My husband and I have used James from 4 corner inspections twice now. He is very professional and is very good at what he does. He made him self available if we had any follow up questions regarding the report but his report was always so detailed and well explained that a follow up call was never necessary. I definitely recommend him to friends and family who are also in need of a home inspector and although I hope I'll never need an inspection again as we're in the process of buying our forever home I would use James if we ever needed one again.

James was extremely helpful and down to earth about the whole inspection process. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about going through the process but James was able to answer any and all questions we had. The report was available within hours of the inspection being completed and was extremely detailed. James let us know we could call him to answer any questions or concerns we had which was much appreciated. 10/10, would recommend for anyone seeking a professional, yet approachable, home inspector.
