The inspector from 4 Corner Inspections did a great job in inspecting our condo. We hired him for a pre-purchase inspection. He arrived on time, did a very through inspection of the unit, and he even got some information from the seller, information that would have been missed otherwise! Excellent service!

The service was excellent. James is very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very good about keeping me informed about the process and what he was finding and was able to explain things very detailed in a way that helped me understand the possible complications that I may have with my new home But also without scaring me unnecessarily.
The report is easy to understand and the color coding helps draw attention to the most important factors when deciding whether or not to purchase. After receiving his report and reviewing it with our realtor we were able to make an informed decision about moving forward with the house. I would recommend this service to anyone! James was early for our appointment and very responsive when contacted. Thanks again for a great experience!
