I have gone through 4 different home buying experiences and Chris was BY FAR the best home inspector I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Amazingly thorough, extremely professional, and down to earth. He explained every little thing that may or may not be a problem, provided detailed pictures and documentation and had a team of 2 people who were just as professional and meticulous in their inspections. I refuse to use any other home inspector for the rest of my time in the Hampton Roads area. If you are looking for someone you can put your trust in, look no further.
