I was treated with the upmost respect from beginning to end of my inspection. James was professional and knowledgable about inspecting a home. The price was fair, and no surprises added in. He answered any question I had in detail with much patience. I am new at all of this and on my own as a women buying a home he really went over everything to help me understand. I would definitely recommend 4 Corner Inspections and will use them again if needed in my search for a home. I left feeling that I could make a good decision whether to go forward with this particular home or not. If I choose to go forward I know exactly now, what to expect.
