We were able to get our inspection scheduled within days. James was friendly, knowledgeable and his report was extremely thorough.

Very thorough inspection, he took time to sit down with us after and discuss the items found and what they could mean long term. The report was very detailed with clear pictures and descriptions of what was found. I would definitely recommend this company.

James called to iron out any details after booking online. James showed up on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me the option to shadow him while he was doing the inspection or to tour the house again and he would link up with me when he was done to go over any bigger issues that I should be made aware of immediately. I opted to do both and shadow him for a little bit before going to take measurements of rooms. James was very personable and easy to talk to and would give you information on what he’s looking for while inspecting certain areas and inform you on what’s non concerning and what is. Got the inspection report that afternoon. I will definitely be using 4 Corner Inspections again.
