James at 4 Corner Inspections is great. I have used for my last two home purchases. Always friendly and inspection report sent over same day. Would highly recommend.

James was great to communicate with and very prompt. He was able to fit us in quickly as we had a very aggressive closing schedule. He did a thorough job with his inspection and gave a very detailed report of issues. He gave us a walk through of high priority items as well as maintenance items that would need to be looked at in the next year or so to keep the house looking good.

James from 4 corner inspections did a great job providing a thorough inspection but I really appreciate his follow-up calls, educated perspectives and advice. We just sent over the defect notice to the house sellers and I feel confident in our choice and our future with the house. I also really appreciate that James came back out to check the attic after there was a blockage accessing it the first time. The report was very easy to read and understand what was checked, and what is minor/major/critical. I would give 6 stars if I could.
